Gosford Kariong Rugby Club (GK Rugby) is a community rugby club built on the combined proud histories of the Gosford Red Devils and Kariong Wanderers. Following the merger in 2024, GK Rugby has continued its commitment to the Central Coast community, providing an inclusive, family focused club for all those with an interest in rugby.
As a proud member of the Gosford Kariong community, GK Rugby prides itself on not only being a place for people from all walks of life to enjoy rugby, but also a support vessel for those in our area.
GK Rugby has a rich history of success within the Central Coast Rugby competition, dating back to 1975. This standard is upheld by the playing group, supported by a highly skilled coaching team, leadership group, sponsors and volunteers throughout the club.
- For 2026 the club will have 3 Senior Mens teams, 1 Senior Womens team and numerous Junior teams that play in the Central Coast Rugby Union Competition (CCRU).
- The CCRU Competition consists of 10 teams and stretches from Woy Woy in the south and Lake Macquarie in the north.
- The Gosford Kariong Rugby Club is a family-based club run entirely by volunteers.
- The Gosford Kariong Rugby Club train at both Showgrounds Road and Kariong Oval and play at their very own grounds, Gosford Showground.
We welcome all players, supporters, sponsors and those who have a general interest in Rugby Union. At Gosford Kariong, we are so much more than just another Rugby club — we are a community of support for all involved.
